The 1920–21 season was the 20th year of competitive football played by Cardiff City F.C. and the team's first in the Football League. During the season, Cardiff used 29 players in all competitions. Billy Hardy featured in more games than any other player, being ever present in both the league and FA Cup with 49 appearances.
